SHIPPING POLICY

1. The Basics
All of our cakes are handmade to order and carefully packaged in our UK kitchen to arrive in the best possible condition.

2. Dispatch Times
We are a new at this and still getting to grips with shipping. Currently we dispatch all orders on a Thursday for Friday delivery. More delivery days will be added soon.

You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

3. Delivery
We ship using Royal Mail Tracked 24 Hour.

  • Delivery usually takes 1–2 working days after dispatch
  • Please note this is an estimate, not a guarantee

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is in the hands of the courier.

4. Important – Perishable Products
Our cakes are fresh and perishable, so timing matters.

  • Please make sure someone is available to receive your order
  • Open and store your cake as soon as it arrives, following the instructions provided

We can’t take responsibility for the condition of products that are left out for long periods or stored incorrectly.

5. Warm Weather
Our chocolate cakes are sensitive to heat. 

  • In warmer conditions, some softening may occur during transit
  • This won’t affect the taste or safety of the product, although some dulling of the glossy chocolate shell may occur.

We’re not able to take responsibility for heat-related changes after dispatch.

6. Delivery Details
Please double-check your address at checkout.

  • We can’t be responsible for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Additional charges may apply if a parcel needs to be resent

7. Missed Deliveries
If a delivery is missed:

  • It’s the customer’s responsibility to rearrange delivery or collection
  • We can’t guarantee product quality if delivery is delayed as a result

8. Damages or Issues
If something isn’t right, we’ll always do our best to help.

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging

We may not be able to process claims reported after this time.
